Chapter 112: Cripple Them
Chapter 112: Cripple Them
Seeing the vicious glint in their eyes, Ning Jing could not help but panic. The realization that her phone had been stolen only intensified her anxiety. "No, please don't! Stay away from me!" As the menacing man slowly closed the distance, her heart began to hammer against her ribs.
"Heh heh, little beauty, if we don't come to you, will you come to us?" Brother Biao wore the look of a predator who had already secured his prey. He sneered, thinking that all women were the same; she might be putting on a show of resistance now, but once they had their way with her, she would soon change her tune. Even though she was a stunning beauty, he figured once they were in bed, she would be no different from any other.
"I... I won't!" Despite her fear, a glimmer of unyielding determination shone in Ning Jing's soft eyes. She would rather die than submit. Angered by her blunt refusal—having never been rejected by a beautiful woman before—Brother Huang and Brother Biao lunged at her. Like a frail bird, Ning Jing was easily seized by the two men.
Brother Biao shoved Ning Jing onto the ground, and she was terrified. "No, please, don't do this!" Brother Biao, impatient and agitated, began to stroke her cheek, while Brother Huang, equally eager, grabbed her delicate hand, intending to plant a kiss on it.
Despair washed over Ning Jing. "Don't, please don't! Even if I become a ghost, I won't let you get away with this!" Her pleas fell on deaf ears; if anything, her resistance only fueled their perverse excitement. Brother Biao signaled to his subordinates to keep watch at the end of the road.
Just as Brother Huang was about to kiss her hand, a figure flashed into view. With two swift kicks, he sent both men sprawling to either side. Ye Feng immediately helped Ning Jing up. Her collar had been disarrayed, revealing a glimpse of snow-white skin that was incredibly captivating.
"Who the hell are you? Dare to ruin my fun? Are you tired of living? Damn it!" Brother Biao scrambled to his feet, cursing loudly. He had been so close to enjoying the beauty, only to be struck by some unseen force that sent him tumbling away.
Brother Huang also climbed up, his eyes scanning the area with murderous intent. Ning Jing, who had been on the verge of biting her tongue to end her life, realized she wasn't being molested but was instead being supported by someone. She opened her eyes to see a familiar face—the handsome, slightly roguish man from before. As she looked at Ye Feng, her heart skipped a beat. Being so close to him, she was enveloped by his distinct, masculine scent, leaving her feeling momentarily dazed.
"Are you... are you alright?" Because they were so close, the intoxicating, feminine fragrance of Ning Jing filled Ye Feng's senses. The sight of her exposed skin through her collar made his pulse race, and he felt a physical reaction stirring within him.
"I... I'm fine. Can... can you let go of me now?" Ning Jing said, blushing deeply. This rogue was still holding her shoulders with his large hands, his warm breath tickling her earlobe and sending shivers down her spine.
"Oh, sorry about that," Ye Feng muttered sheepishly. As he pulled his hand back, it inadvertently brushed against her chest. It felt amazing. Ning Jing’s face turned beet red; that sacred part of her had never been touched by anyone else, and now this scoundrel had dared to do it. She was absolutely furious.
Ye Feng turned around and frowned. "It's you again. Are you tired of living? I told you earlier that I was being polite, but now that you’ve dared to offend my friend, I’ll show you how to write the word 'death'."
"Oh, so it's you, kid. What a small world," Brother Huang sneered, his eyes filled with hatred. "I told you, that was just me being careless before. This time, I’m going to tear you limb from limb!"
Brother Biao walked over to Brother Huang. "So, this is the brat who messed you up tonight?" Brother Huang nodded. Brother Biao looked at Ye Feng with disdain. He had expected someone formidable, but this guy didn't even look as strong or handsome as he was. With a wave of his hand, he could have his men hack him to pieces.
"Listen, kid," Brother Biao laughed. "If you kneel and kowtow to me three times right now and vanish from my sight, I might spare your life. If you don't know what's good for you, I'll make you regret it."
"Regret? What a joke," Ye Feng said dismissively. "The word 'regret' doesn't exist in my dictionary. I think you're the ones who should be regretting this." He wasn't afraid of a fight; he knew exactly what he was capable of.
"Damn it, get him!" Brother Biao could no longer contain his rage. Why waste words? He wanted to finish the kid and finally enjoy that beautiful woman.
Seeing the group charge at them, Ning Jing panicked, worried that Ye Feng was alone. But before she could process the thought, she felt herself being lifted off the ground. Surrounded by a sense of security, she opened her eyes to see Ye Feng carrying her, effortlessly dodging their attacks. A sweet, warm feeling bloomed in her heart—a scene she had only ever seen in dramas was now happening to her.
Ye Feng hadn't hesitated. He scooped her up, inhaling her scent as he vaulted into the air.
"What! Flying man!" Brother Huang and Brother Biao, who had expected to trample the boy, stared in shock as he soared over them. They were terrified. What kind of person were they dealing with?
Ye Feng landed gracefully and set her down. "Rest for a moment. I'm going to teach these people a lesson. I won't let anyone bully you." His tone was gentle, yet it carried an underlying chill of fury.
"Brother Feng, we're here!" Chu Yun and the others arrived, breathless from trying to keep up with Ye Feng’s speed. Seeing his brothers, Ye Feng decided to let them get some practice. "Go, cripple them. Damn it, nobody touches my friend!" He decided to call her his friend rather than a girl.
