Chapter 105: A Woman for the One Who Admires Her
Chapter 105: A Woman Adorns Herself for the One She Loves
Two hours later, Wen Biyun, dressed in a simple professional outfit, appeared at the You County bus station alongside Ye Feng. Wen Biyun had spent extra time grooming herself before leaving; after all, a woman always wishes to present her best self, especially before the man she cherishes. As the saying goes, a woman adorns herself for the one she loves.
"Biyun, you look truly beautiful today," Ye Feng whispered into her ear as they stepped out, accompanying his words with a gentle breath of warm air. Wen Biyun shivered slightly; this rascal only knew how to tease her. Moreover, she caught the look in his eyes—a lecherous gleam fixed directly on the fullness of her chest.
The professional attire she wore today made her look even younger. Because of the low-cut design, Ye Feng could glimpse a hint of the scenery beneath whenever he drew close, setting his heart ablaze.
Hearing such a direct compliment from Ye Feng, Wen Biyun’s face flushed a charming shade of red. Bathed in the evening glow, she looked incredibly radiant and alluring, so much so that one couldn't help but want to take a bite.
Turning to see Ye Feng looking as if he were about to drool, she chided, "You scoundrel, stop staring. Let’s go, or your brothers will be getting impatient." Wen Biyun dared not meet his eyes; that burning gaze made her feel flustered, and a secret dampness began to stir beneath her clothes. This wicked man.
"Hehe, if you weren't looking at me, how would you know I was looking at you? But my dear, you really are becoming more beautiful by the day, and your pair is getting even fuller," Ye Feng teased with a lecherous grin. Her treasures had indeed become more rounded.
"You rogue! Isn't that all because of your ‘development’?" Wen Biyun felt as though her face were on fire. How could she have let such a shameful phrase slip out? She wanted to find a hole to crawl into. It was all this rascal's fault for forcing her to say such things. Rogue! Scoundrel!
"Hehe, of course. If I don't develop you, who else would I develop?" Ye Feng chuckled. Since no one else could hear them, he didn't mind speaking his mind. Inhaling the faint, elegant fragrance emanating from Wen Biyun, Ye Feng felt his body begin to heat up, especially as the sight of her heaving chest stirred waves of desire within him.
"You villain, you have no shame," Wen Biyun said, her head bowed and face burning. "L-let’s hurry over now." She felt as though her face had turned as red as a cloth, ripe and flushed. This scoundrel truly knew how to make her feel both shy and coquettish.
Suddenly, Ye Feng gently took her small hand and looked at her with deep affection. "Biyun, thank you. I will love you for the rest of my life. Even if I have to sacrifice my own life, I will love you forever." After spending this time together, Ye Feng’s love for Wen Biyun had steadily deepened.
"Brother Feng! Brother Feng! We’re over here!" While they were waiting, a loud, boisterous voice cut through the air, belonging to Liu Zhenhua. It drowned out all other sounds. Ye Feng looked in the direction of the voice; sure enough, it was those two. Damn, you could identify that mouth anywhere.
Ye Feng waved, and Chen Xiang and Liu Zhenhua, led by Chu Yun, approached him. "Haha, Brother Feng, you’re looking more handsome than ever!" Liu Zhenhua gave Ye Feng’s chest a friendly punch, laughing heartily.
"Haha, you too, brother! It’s been a long time!" Ye Feng embraced Liu Zhenhua, clapping him on the shoulder before doing the same with Chen Xiang. As they laughed, Chen Xiang smiled slightly. "Wow, this must be our sister-in-law. She’s beautiful! Brother Feng, you have quite an eye, haha!"
"Oh, I almost forgot the introductions. This is my wife, Wen Biyun, the owner of the Jinxing Hotel. You’ll be staying there for the time being," Ye Feng introduced them with a smile. Wen Biyun blushed at such a direct introduction; was Ye Feng being a bit too bold?
"And this is Chu Yun," Ye Feng continued. Chu Yun’s dark skin spoke of years of rigorous training. Liu Zhenhua’s voice was incredibly robust—a trait that helped Wen Biyun remember him immediately. However, Chen Xiang left her feeling somewhat intrigued.
Noticing her curiosity, Ye Feng said quietly, "Biyun, don't let his quiet demeanor fool you. On the battlefield, Chen Xiang is no simple man. He’s fierce and capable of taking on a hundred men. You shouldn't underestimate his skills."
"Sister-in-law, don't listen to Brother Feng’s boasting. Truth be told, even if the three of us combined our skills, we might not match Brother Feng. He is the truly formidable one." Hearing Ye Feng praise him so highly, Chen Xiang blushed. Was Brother Feng exaggerating? He wasn't that amazing.
"That's right, sister-in-law. Brother Feng is the strongest of us all!" Chu Yun added immediately. In their hearts, Brother Feng would always be the best; he had been incredibly powerful back in the military.
"Haha, you are all impressive. But no matter how skilled you are, you still need to eat, right? Let's go. Since you brothers are so happy to see each other, let’s head back, have a meal, and catch up properly," Wen Biyun said. Seeing how much they supported Ye Feng made her happy; after all, in her eyes, her Ye Feng would always be the most dashing.
"Right, sister-in-law is right. Let's go. We also brought some local specialties; you must try them!" Chen Xiang said with a smile. He had originally intended to give the gifts to Brother Feng, but seeing that his sister-in-law was present, they would naturally go to her.
Along the way, the three men looked like country bumpkins, curiously commenting on the scenery outside the window and asking Ye Feng about the area. It reminded Ye Feng of the time he had first returned, and he couldn't help but smile. If not for the extraordinary encounters back then, he wouldn't be where he was today.
First, the events in Thailand three years ago, then the romantic encounters upon his return, and now having Huang Wei and Wen Biyun by his side—what a fortunate life he led. It was truly a joy to reflect upon. As for Huang Shan, he had always wanted to make a move, but seeing her pain, he didn't want to force her; some things were better left to fate. Watching the scenery fly by outside the window, Ye Feng sank into deep thought.
