Upcoming Launch Event Preview

Dear readers, the book officially goes live tomorrow. The snail-paced updates you have all loathed are finally coming to an end. There are two final public chapters today, after which all subsequent chapters will be for VIP members only.

So, what are the plans for the big launch?

First, there will be 20 chapters released on the day of the launch.

Second, starting from the date of this announcement, every 10,000 Qidian Coins donated will result in one additional chapter. For those who donate enough to become a "League Master" in one go, I will provide the standard 10 chapters plus an additional 5 chapters. For those who donate for a "Silver League Master" status after the launch, I will provide the standard 100 chapters plus an additional 50 chapters. Of course, considering that I am only human and do not have a backlog of manuscripts, these additional chapters will be fulfilled over the following days. I will not delay, and I will make up at least two of the owed chapters daily.

Next is the initial subscription count.

The initial subscription refers to the number of subscriptions for the first chapter within 24 hours of the launch.

If the initial subscriptions exceed 3,000, the base daily update will increase from 4,000 words to 6,000 words. Note that this is the base daily update, meaning it will be the guaranteed daily output until the book concludes.

If the initial subscriptions exceed 5,000, the base daily update will increase from 6,000 words to 8,000 words. Screenshots of the counts will be shared in the reader group as proof.

Finally, regarding the average subscription count.

The average subscription refers to the average number of subscriptions across all VIP chapters and serves as the ultimate indicator of a book's performance.

The rule here is simple: starting from 1,000 average subscriptions, for every additional 1,000 average subscriptions, I will release an extra chapter of the sister-in-law side story. For certain reasons, these side stories will only be available in the reader group. Those interested are welcome to join.
