I am very happy.
Seeing so many people say that Huang He has lost his way, that he’s talking nonsense, that he’s dreaming—I, Pudding, am very pleased.
Because I don’t want this to be just another novel retracing a well-worn path.
Retracing China’s 20 years of revival.
Retelling what has already been accomplished.
Rewriting the story already told in "The Instant Noodle Tycoon."
None of these stories would satisfy me. What I want is to write a novel that, by the time you reach this point, makes you shout "Impossible!"—a novel where you scream that Huang He and I are dreaming, that it defies reality and logic.
Huang He has traveled back through time, and if he cannot help our motherland become stronger and more extraordinary than it was in 2021, then this fantasy novel simply isn’t fantastical enough.
So I have set five goals. To be honest, even after writing 100 chapters, I have not figured out how to achieve them within 20 years. But that’s okay—I will borrow from the comments in this chapter. I believe in the wisdom of the masses!
And it doesn’t have to be completed before 2021. Twenty years is indeed a bit short, but it will certainly be done within Huang He’s lifetime.
Moreover, I won’t resort to fantasy cheats—this will be pure realism. There will be no black technology or futuristic gimmicks. Huang He will assist the motherland, progressing step by step until the complete and magnificent revival of the Chinese nation is achieved.
I believe such a story will be far more thrilling. Please, stay tuned!
"The Richest Man Starts from Blind Boxes"—I am happily typing it out by hand right now, please wait a moment.
