Si Junyan felt a trace of surprise in his heart.

"Nanchu, have you had dinner yet?" Si Junyan asked.

"I’ve already eaten."

Wei Ziyi added, "We had dinner together during our date."

Jiang Han’s expression remained blank, but he radiated a chilly aura. Having Si Junyan competing for Nanchu’s attention was already difficult enough; now, Wei Ziyi had arrived as well. However, this served as indirect proof that the person he liked was truly outstanding; otherwise, she wouldn’t attract so many admirers. He resolved to use his own actions and strengths to prove that he was the one most deserving of Nanchu.

Zhuo Han asked curiously, "Why was the date with Nanchu?"

"The production team asked us to pick a female guest we wanted to get to know for a date, and I chose Nanchu."

The other guests wore expressions of realization.

"I’m going back to my room now. You all can keep chatting," Nanchu said, then headed to her room.

An hour later, everyone gathered in the guesthouse living room.

"To help the three new guests get to know the others better, each of you has ten opportunities to ask questions. You may choose any guest you wish to question," the director announced.

"Shen Shangqian, Cheng Luoli, Wei Ziyi, who would like to go first?" the director asked.

Wei Ziyi spoke up, "I’ll go first."

"Question for Nanchu: Among the male guests, is there anyone who makes your heart flutter?"

"Yes," Nanchu nodded.

"Who is that person?"

Nanchu answered without hesitation, "Jiang Han."

Upon hearing Nanchu's answer, Jiang Han couldn't suppress the smile spreading across his face.

[Jiang Han can't even hide his smile; he must be overjoyed.]

"What has he done to make your heart flutter?"

"He has shown me care and concern."

Nanchu pondered for a moment and said, "Constant lying, being two-faced, or keeping a 'fish pond' of romantic backups."

"Read books with me."

"Yes."

"No."

Wei Ziyi clutched his chest, putting on a wounded expression. "Boo hoo, my heart is so broken."

Nanchu: "..."

After Wei Ziyi finished his questions, Cheng Luoli took her turn. She thought for a moment and said, "Question for Meng Yuan: Among the female guests, is there anyone who makes your heart flutter?"

"Yes."

"Who is it?"

"You."

Hearing this, Cheng Luoli felt her heart race.

"What do you like to do in your spare time?"

"Surfing."

After Cheng Luoli finished, Shen Shangqian asked Xu Fei his questions. The first was whether there was any male guest who made her heart flutter.

"Yes."

"Who is it?"

"A happy and relaxing one."

Once the questions were finished and the "heartbeat" text messages were sent, the day's live stream concluded. The guests returned to their respective rooms.

*Knock, knock, knock.*

Nanchu opened the door to find Jiang Han standing there holding a bouquet of flowers.

"This is for you." Jiang Han had gone to look for Nanchu at 5:00 PM but found she wasn't in her room and hadn't replied to his messages. He went out to look for her, and when he walked past a flower shop, he bought a bouquet.

"Thank you." Nanchu hadn't expected Jiang Han to buy her flowers again. "You don't have to buy them every day; I don't even have enough vases to hold them all," she said.

"Understood." Jiang Han nodded. "Rest early then. We'll make breakfast together tomorrow morning."

"Okay."

The next day, Nanchu and Jiang Han woke up early to prepare breakfast. A few minutes in, Wei Ziyi also got up. Seeing Nanchu and Jiang Han in the kitchen, he walked straight inside.

"Morning, Nanchu."

Nanchu gave a slight nod without looking at Wei Ziyi, continuing with her work. Wei Ziyi walked right into the kitchen and stood to Nanchu’s right. Jiang Han moved silently to stand between Nanchu and Wei Ziyi. Wei Ziyi glanced at Jiang Han, then moved to Nanchu’s left side. The two men continued to shuffle positions back and forth.

Finally, Nanchu stepped aside. "You two make breakfast then." She felt like she was just getting in the way. She walked to the dining table and sat down, watching the two of them cook.

Jiang Han & Wei Ziyi: "..."

In the end, they each made their own breakfast in the kitchen. The three of them ate and then passed the time on their phones in the living room. By nine o'clock, all the guests gathered.

The director announced, "Today is a group activity. Before we begin, everyone will draw lots to form teams. One group will be a trio."

1: Shen Shangqian, Li Wenya, Fang You.
2: Jiang Han and Sha Mengyuan.
3: Nangong Hengmo and Zhuo Han.
4: Wei Ziyi and Nanchu.
5: Meng Yuan and Xu Fei.
6: Si Junyan and Cheng Luoli.

After forming teams, everyone boarded a bus and arrived in front of a kindergarten.

[Isn't this a dating show? Why are we at a kindergarten? This is so strange.]

Team four was assigned a little girl wearing a small floral dress with beautiful pigtails. Nanchu and Wei Ziyi walked up to her. Nanchu crouched down and said in a gentle, soft voice, "Hello, I’m Nanchu. Cute little princess, may I ask what your name is and how old you are?"

"My name is Yang Yiyi, and I’m four years old," Yiyi introduced herself clearly.

"Then, Yiyi, would you like to be our little teacher today and teach us some things?" Nanchu asked with a smile.

"Okay! I’ll be the little teacher!" Yiyi said happily.

[Nanchu is really good at coaxing children.]

Nanchu and Wei Ziyi’s experience went quite smoothly, but others were struggling. Team one (Shen Shangqian, Li Wenya, and Fang You) and team six (Si Junyan and Cheng Luoli) were having a tough time. Zhao Xuan from the first team was extremely mischievous and wouldn't listen to Li Wenya or the others. Meanwhile, the little girl Song Mo, whom Si Junyan and Cheng Luoli were caring for, was very prone to crying. If anything went slightly wrong, she would wail at the top of her lungs, making her very difficult to handle. Si Junyan and Cheng Luoli felt like their heads were about to explode from her crying.
